If you live in NY, you will love this movie. If you are part of the other 312 million people in this country not living in NYC, you will be bored. . Yes, it is a nice story, but like your basic NY Times article, it is a bunch of NYers reveling about being NYers. Had this not been the 53rd billionth re-telling of this story, it might be interesting. As it is, it is rather boring. . fwiw…I lived in NYC for many years. I have seen this play before…far too many times. And during that time, I lived in that exact same neighborhood. . wutevah..yawners
Not that bad of a b flick horror film with a small budget. Multiple twists at the end but some are expected from the get go. The acting by some of the cast is rather questionable in some parts but if you bear with it you'll be slightly entertained with the movie. I'd give it a 5 out of a 10.
OMG the Actor who plays Oliver was in my town last night, with a special airing of the season finale. . .at our fancy bar... .lol and an after-party!!! AND I MISSED IT! I MISSED MEETING HIM! T.T The episode was awesome though!!!
I like the concept of the thereafter possibilities, but yet also think heaven is what you make of it on earth, since it seems to be hell on earth already for some. I lived by that motto do unto others what you want others to do unto you, but never had gotten the same. I've been abuse verbally, mentally, physically & sexually, since toddler to adulthood by several people even by family members as well. I'd press charges to only be told no physical proof so my issues of attack went on death ears. I couldn't never retaliate for the initial fear of being incarcerated for life more than to be doomed not to arrive at the pearly white gates, it would be just my luck to be caught instead of them. To believe people will get their just desert when the system fails us is something to be content with. So as much as possible I avoid being in their presence but of course life have to throw those curve balls to put us in the same place. At least one of my attackers is dead.
