Сomments

Don't know how they come up with these Keywords: 'Teenage girl in swimwear', is that really one of the key features of the movie?
I watched a little bit I think they are trying out something like Memento, 12 monkeys or Eternal Sunshine. I'll be back when in the mood and frame of mind to sort out another Inception like movie. The movie looked very polished and high quality.
Wow, I think this movie is what an LSD tripping session would be like. A very deep thought provoking movie about the small and big choices we are forced to make.
@shaffer620 Or British Nemo is nonexistent and American Nemo exists? No, that's not right... I've already read the description you've posted, and I saw everything being described happen in the movie, but I still don't get it, haha!
@shaffer620: ...So their accents fluctuate because they are nonexistent?
(Also, if you want to nitpick: So why does Nemo have a philtrum groove as an adult? And little Nemo's philtrum groove can clearly be seen when he is seen spying on his mom and Anna's father... And I thought teenage Nemo, even though he played his part well, looked nothing like adult Nemo.)
@cheets Before his death, Mr. Nobody tells the journalist that they both don't exist; they are simply figments of the boy Nemo's mind in the moment he is being forced to make an impossible choice. The journalist is then seen looking out of a train window at 9 year-old Nemo as he just misses catching hold of his mother's hand. The young Nemo has been trying to find the correct decision, following each choice to its ultimate conclusion. Back at the railway station one final time, Nemo decides upon the third option: to not make the choice at all. He abandons both parents and runs away from the tracks towards an unknown future. He arrives at a forest and picks up a leaf and blows it into the wind. He ends up as the adult Nemo sleeping on a bench by the lighthouse and waiting for Anna's return. There she appears and an ecstatically joyful reunion between the two follows. The calculated time arrives and Mr. Nobody's last words are watched by the world. The expansion of the universe comes to a halt and time reverses. The imaginary 118 year-old man then cackles triumphantly as he springs back into awareness with the realization that his younger self has finally found his one true love and life.

What really confused me was the fact that Anna and Nemo's British accents disappeared once they became adults. Nemo's popped up a few times when in the presence of Jeanne but Anna's never returned. And Anna's father had an American accent, right?
Puzzling, but I liked it. It's a film that conjures up all sorts of emotions and thoughts, even if it isn't entirely understood.
